We are looking for a help in the stable who can cooperate with our riding centre for the next season or for a help in our restaurant

We offer horse riding holidays in the National Park of Cilento

If you are interested please send us your CV and references and we will be back to you as soon as possible with further details.

If you are a good rider you will have the chance to ride every day during these winter months!

Cooking-course

Our aim is to make you live an unique experience while staying in the Cilento trying our traditional dishes and learning how to cook them.
The courses are organised for a minimum of 6 to a maximum of 15 people and are held in italian,english or german .

The program:
Basic course of Cilento-mediterranean cooking:(thypical pasta recipes,pasta-sauces,meat and side-dishes)
Basic course of vegeterian cooking:(vegetables-legumes soups,season-vegetables,stuffed vegetables)
Basic course of cakes and sweets:(cilento cake,cannoli with cream,traditional cookies)

Developement:
Morning:
8.30 breakfast
9.00 theoric lesson about the food you are going to cook
11.00 practise in the kitchen

Afternoon:
15.30 visit to local wine and oil producers

The theme of cooking classes can be organized on request of participants
On request it is possible to learn how to make bread and to participate at a guide to the mill to sea how different kinds of wheat are transformed into flour.
