Cooking course
The agrituristic farm “I Moresani” organizes short cooking courses based on traditional mediterranean cuisine. Our aim is to make you live an unique experience while staying in the Cilento trying our traditional dishes and learning how to cook them. The courses are organised for a minimum of 6 to a maximum of 15 people and are held in Italian, English or German.
Program
- Basic course of Cilento-mediterranean cooking
- Thypical pasta recipes, pasta-sauces, meat and side-dishes.
- Basic course of vegeterian cooking
- Vegetables-legumes soups, season-vegetables, stuffed vegetables.
- Basic course of cakes and sweets
- Cilento cake, cannoli with cream, traditional cookies.
Developement
Morning
- 8.30 breakfast
- 9.00 theoric lesson about the food you are going to cook
- 11.00 practise in the kitchen
- 13.00 lunch time
Afternoon
- 15.30 visit to local wine and oil producers
