Fusilli
Obtained from  prime quality Cappelli wheat processed by hand, our  Fusilli are made with stone-ground semi-wholemeal flour and dried slowly at low temperatures.
The texture is coarser than ordinary durum wheat semolina flour which makes the surface just rough enough to absorb the topping well.

Grown and milled in  Italy

Ingredients:
Semi-wholemeal semolina flour from stone-ground Cappelli durum wheat, water.
Contains gluten, manufactured in a factory that produces egg pasta.
