Obtained from prime quality Cappelli wheat processed by hand, our Fusilli are made with stone-ground semi-wholemeal flour and dried slowly at low temperatures.
The texture is coarser than ordinary durum wheat semolina flour which makes the surface just rough enough to absorb the topping well.
