Pork sausages
The main ingredient of Cilento sausages is the pork from our own farm-bred pigs, which feed exclusively on certified organic cereals, pulses and corn, which we also produce ourselves.

We make the sausages in winter, between December and February, with only top-quality shoulder meat, ground mechanically and mixed with ground pepper, salt and wild fennel seeds.

Origin: Italy

Pork meat, salt, fennel seeds, pepper, chili pepper, wine.

Product without preservatives subject to a decrease in weight. Keep in a cool, dry place away from heat sources.
