Cilento Cooking Class: Learn the Art of Homemade Pasta

Are you ready to get hands-on with pasta and discover the secrets of Cilento's culinary tradition? Agriturismo I Moresani invites you to enjoy an authentic culinary experience, surrounded by nature and the genuine flavours of our region.

During the guided course, you will learn step by step how to make three of our most iconic traditional pasta shapes by hand:

• Fusilli cilentani

• Traditional ravioli

• Cavatielli

To complete the experience, we will prepare delicious traditional and seasonal sauces together, using fresh ingredients straight from our farm.

Afterwards, you can taste what you have created in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere!
