Mountain oregano

Cilento mountain oregano This oregano is harvested in its natural environment in Cilento at an altitude of 900 m above sea level. It is an excellent seasoning, widely used in Italian cooking. The leaves and flowering parts are used, preferably harvested between June and September and dried in the shade.
