Pastiera agricola Ours is a farmhouse pastiera because we have used only produce from our own farm (Carosella wheat flour, eggs, lard from our pigs, cooked Cappelli wheat, goat's milk ricotta and oranges), and because these simple, wholesome ingredients give this traditional Easter dessert the aroma and flavour of days gone by.
Net weight: 1 kg. Regardless of the day of the order, production takes place on Monday and shipping is carried out on Tuesday.
