Our animals have a healthy, natural diet based solely on plant products grown on the farm using organic methods.
Our Podolica cows remain at pasture all year round on the hills within the municipalities of Casal Velino and Pollica. After a grazing period coinciding with weaning, the calves are kept in paddocks, still outdoors.
The result is an excellent product rich in nutrients and Omega 3.
