Artisanal organic citrus marmalades

Our organic citrus marmalades are handcrafted from oranges, mandarins and lemons grown on our own land using organic methods. January is the ideal time to harvest citrus fruit, when its flavour and aroma are at their peak.

We produce artisanal marmalades with a high fruit content, using just two ingredients: fresh citrus fruit and organic cane sugar.
We do not add preservatives, gelling agents or chemical additives, ensuring an authentic, natural product.

Each jar preserves the authentic flavour of the fruit, thanks to careful processing that preserves the qualities of the ingredients. Our citrus marmalades are ideal for breakfast, for preparing handcrafted desserts, for pairing with cheeses or for enhancing sweet and savoury dishes.

The citrus fruit comes exclusively from our own trees, cultivated according to the principles of organic farming.
