The colours and flavours of our region are captured in the dishes served at our restaurant.
The ingredients come from our organic farm and are prepared with passion by homemakers, rather than starred chefs, to recreate dishes from the local culinary tradition with a modern touch.
Cheeses, vegetables, meats, flour, pulses... even closer to home than ‘zero food miles’!
