On Saturday afternoon, an industry professional will lead a masterclass introducing us to extra virgin olive oil and all its characteristics, followed by a tasting paired with traditional dishes.
On Sunday, enjoy an AperiJazz among the flowering olive trees – a unique multisensory experience.
